On the procurement side, our experience includes advising on the procurement strategy for large projects, guiding clients through all steps of the procurement process, from the initial advertisement through to debriefing of unsuccessful tenderers, including drafting/advising on all procurement documents. The team also has an excellent track record in advising clients on the enforcement of the public procurement rules, both in defending and initiating procurement challenges. The team provides regular briefings on recent developments in competition and procurement law.
