We are currently seeking to recruit a Knowledge Administrator to join our knowledge team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a progressive professional practice.
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years solid administration experience is essential for this role, ideally in a professional services environment
- MS Office computer skills - experienced user of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience using SharePoint would be an advantage
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Happy to work on their own initiative but within a team structure
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have good solid administration skills gained, preferably, in a professional services environment. They should have strong organisational and interpersonal skills as well as a disciplined ability to document work, prioritise own tasks and manage time effectively.

The position reports to the Knowledge Partner and the responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Providing full administrative support to the team
- Updating and tracking fee earner CPD records
- Managing logistics of training sessions; liaising with internal and external speakers, booking rooms, calendar invites, ensuring rooms set up, circulating materials, updating CPD records
- Managing firm subscriptions, keeping records, renewing, signing up new joiners, billing.
- Managing knowledge outlay including expenditure approval, payments, invoices
- Formatting and uploading knowledge bulletins
- Uploading knowledge content on intranet (SharePoint) and client learning portal
- Updating list of bulletin cases and articles
- Managing library catalogue
A competitive salary will be commensurate with experience. Experience of working with a professional services firm would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. An immediate start would be ideal.
