About Barry
Barry is an associate solicitor in our Energy & Natural Resources Group specialising in real estate transactional work for energy and natural resources projects. He brings over 20 years of post-qualification experience to his role, having worked in conveyancing, property law and tax practice throughout his career.
Recent Experience
- Commercial Conveyancing: property law advice and real estate transactional work across a wide spectrum of commercial property, including hotels, office blocks, development land etc. and advice regarding commercial leases, licences, rights of way, wayleaves and other easements.
- Private lending: security review and title reporting for large-scale secured lending projects.
- Tax Practice: providing tax advice and succession planning for a wide variety of clients, including businesses and the agricultural community particularly for complex transfers of businesses and farms.
