About Conor
Conor is a partner in our housing and commercial real estate team. He advises approved housing bodies, local authorities, developers, investors, public bodies, landlords, tenants, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of housing and commercial property. As a key member of our award-winning Housing Team, he has vast experience advising on the acquisition, development, and management of housing (with a particular speciality for social and affordable housing).
Conor also has strong specialist knowledge in the acquisition, development, disposal, leasing, and licensing of various types of property including mixed commercial and residential developments, shopping centres, retail parks and office developments.
Conor is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
Relevant Experience
- Banks and financial institutions in carrying out security reviews, advising on property disputes, remediation requirements, property sales and options for restructure and / or enforcement
- Retail and commercial tenants (including institutional investors) in connection with lettings and licences in shopping centres, retail parks, office blocks and in standalone premises, both long term and short term and all related advices in connection with works
- A range of insolvency practitioners in connection with the disposal of commercial and residential properties throughout Ireland including office blocks, retail units, apartment blocks, land banks and distressed properties with title issues and related problems
- An internationally based real estate fund in the acquisition of three separate portfolios of assets, including providing post-acquisitions advice in leasing and disposing of a number of the assets within these portfolios
