We advised New York-based Angelo Gordon on the sale of the landmark Temple Bar Hotel in Dublin to a Singapore fund.

We previously advised Angelo Gordon on the purchase of The Temple Bar Hotel in Dublin, which was part of FBD Hotels and Resorts. This deal was important to our client as it represented the conclusion of a very successful business acquisition in Ireland.

This transaction was led by head of Corporate, Shaun O’Shea, and supported by Maria O’Brien, solicitor. Dermot Casserly, partner and head of employment & benefits, and solicitor, Alison Martin, advised on the employment aspects of the deal, while commercial property partner, Tony O'Sullivan, advised on the property aspects of the deal.
