The appointment is the firm’s sixth new partner in the last year.

Dublin, 19 Sept 2017: Beauchamps announce the promotion of Jacinta Niland to partner in the firm’s market leading commercial property practice.

The firm’s commercial property practice now has 12 partners working with Irish and international investors, financial institutions, developers, asset managers and commercial clients across all sectors. John White, Managing Partner of Beauchamps expressed his delight at the promotion, saying:

Jacinta is an extremely talented commercial property lawyer with strong commercial instincts.  She is valued by clients as being technically excellent, highly responsive and commercially pragmatic. Jacinta has already made major contributions to our firm’s know how and risk management and maintains the highest standards in everything she does. We look forward to working with Jacinta as part of the Beauchamps’ partnership team.
