We are pleased to announce our upcoming breakfast briefing which will focus on public procurement and construction law.

Event overview

Beauchamps’ head of EU, competition & procurement, Dorit McCann, will examine the key changes introduced by the new European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 and the lessons learned to date.

Fiona O’Neill, head of construction, will also take a look at the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and the Construction Contracts Act 2013 and what has happened since their implementation, as well as providing practical insight and guidance on the Regulations and the Act.
