About Alexandra
Alex is an associate on our Banking & finance team. Alex advises on real estate and development finance, fund finance and leveraged acquisitions. She works regularly with lenders (including financial institutions and alternative lenders) and a range of borrowers (including companies, funds, SPVs and partnerships) on both domestic and cross border transactions.

- Kavco Group as borrower in respect of various facilities for developments across Dublin.
- Stoneweg S.A. as borrower in respect of facilities to fund various developments across Ireland.
- Home Building Finance Ireland (Lending) DAC as lender in relation to various facilities provided for significant real estate projects across Ireland.
- Ergoservices Limited as borrower in relation to facilities for the acquisition of Asystec Limited.
- Liffey Sub-fund on facilities provided by Starz Mortgage Capital to fund the acquisition of a 180 acres business park in Kildare.
- Lenders in relation to the provision of bilateral credit facilities to a number of Irish corporates.
- Borrowers in relation to commercial real estate finance, development/construction finance, asset finance and cash flow finance.
