About Ruth
Ruth is an associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. Ruth specialises in debt recovery and financial services litigation. Her experience includes advising pillar banks and other financial institutions in relation to the enforcement of security. Ruth also has experience in the area of legal project management and works with financial institutions on large scale title remediation projects.

- Financial institution – advising on residential loans and underlying security issues post loan sale
- Pillar Bank – Managing large scale title remediation project and enforcement of security on non-performing loans
- Pillar Bank – advising on defaulting loans and mortgage repossession proceedings, including regular appearances in both the High Court and Circuit Court
