Beauchamps were delighted to advise the shareholders of Irish full-service transport and logistics company Alltrans, on the sale of their company to Carousel Logistics, part of the DANX Carousel group.
With operations located in Dublin and Cork, Alltrans is a leader in the Irish transport industry employing approximately 120 people across the country. The company has an emphasis on the supply of quality wholesale distribution services, focusing on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
By joining the DANX Carousel group, Alltrans is in a position to extend their service portfolio and offer a greater range of services, all for the benefit of their clients, while the acquisition strengthens Carousel’s operations in Ireland and right across Western Europe. As well as becoming the European leader for time-critical in-night logistics, the deal brings together leading technology and will offer all DANX Carousel clients access to Alltrans’ extensive network and an enhanced service offering throughout Ireland; facilitating seamless, complete end-to-end logistics solutions.
