Beauchamps were delighted to advise the National College of Ireland Foundation (NCI) on the purchase of The West Wing, Spencer Dock, Dublin 1 from the Central Bank of Ireland to facilitate the expansion of its main campus in Dublin's IFSC. NCI agreed to pay a figure close to €50 million, and the acquisition was funded by investment provider BlackRock.
The West Wing will now form part of the NCI campus, and Beauchamps is delighted to have been part of the acquisition team.
